The backlit onyx "communal table" in the lobby of the Marriott at Potomac Yards creates a distinction between the main lobby and the bar/restaurant area. Specialty custom designed Infuse™ Flat-Lite LED™ panels illuminate the striking white onyx stone slabs. The GPI team crafted a custom engineered structural system to suspend the stone and lighting elements, with special attention to finish trims, corner conditions, and future maintenance access to the LED panel system. The use of onyx panels on three planes (table, wall, ceiling) renders this table in eye-catching drama.
