The Beverly Hills private residence features massive DURA-Lite™ translucent glass-backed onyx panels designed by Joan Behnke & Associates Inc. and installed along a hallway flanking a central bowling lane. The complex installation required two separate engineered support systems to accommodate different existing wall conditions, while maintaining a seamless, monolithic appearance. The large-scale, minimal design allows the natural beauty and translucency of the onyx to take center stage.
